For the past seventeen years, I have worked with children, young adults, athletes, and the general population in a leadership and development environment. My focus has always been to help people develop as individuals first, and then as professionals.

I approach training and development of my team the way a coach would. We set a game plan together, work together on developing skills, and hold each other accountable to our commitments.
