WE/FIT is our premier bootcamp workout, designed to push your limits and energize your body. This program offers two signature HIIT formats—strength and circuit training—that cater to everyone, from those exploring HIIT workouts for beginners to fitness enthusiasts ready to take on advanced challenges.

WE/FIT combines high-intensity intervals and strength and conditioning workouts to deliver a full-body workout experience. Each session is tailored to help you burn fat, build muscle, and improve overall performance.
