REQUEST TO UNFREEZE ACCOUNT
FREEZING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
You may freeze your City Fitness and Thrive membership for a fee of $2.50/bi-weekly. You may request to freeze your membership for up to 6 months (12 bi-weekly payments). Please note that we require 7 days notice to freeze your membership. This form is all that is required to freeze your CF membership and CF Thrive Membership.
- Membership freeze requests require 7 days notice in advance of your bill date before being effective.
- Membership freezes must begin and end on a bill date. While in a membership freeze, a member cannot cancel their membership until it is reinstated to active status.
- You may freeze your membership for a fee of $2.50 bi-weekly for up to 12 billing cycles.
- At the end of your freeze, your account will be returned to active status and your regular bi-weekly billing will resume.
CANCELING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Cancelling your CF and/or Thrive membership would subject you to enrollment fees and any new membership rates if you decide to return at a later date. That’s why we offer the option to freeze your membership instead of cancelling (see above for more details).
Please remember that we require 30 days notice for cancellation, which means that you are responsible for any payments that occur within 30 days of your request to cancel. If applicable, cancellation fees must be paid before your final usage date. All fees and outstanding dues must be paid in order for the cancellation to take effect. If your membership is frozen at the time of your cancellation request, it will be unfrozen in order to process the cancellation.
