I am certified in Kettlbells and passionate about functional movement to be strong and confident in all parts of life. When I am not coaching We/Fit, I am a full-time Elementary School Teacher.  I am known to dance during the recovery time and play a variety of awesome music. I strive to create an environment that is supportive while still challenging no matter where you are at in your fitness journey.

When you come to my class, I want to make sure that working out is something you can have fun with, help you gain the confidence to continue to improve your movements in class, and help you feel better in your everyday life outside of the gym.  Last year I took a leap of faith by quitting my office job to ride my bicycle 4,300 miles across America from Virigina to Oregon, and I love when people ask me about my trip!
