OUR STUDIO LEADS

Denise Foy

Denise Foy

Hi, I’m Denise. A lifelong NJ resident, I moved to Philadelphia in 2021. My yoga classes will challenge you physically, offering breath work and a practice that is much more that just a pose. My classes strive to serve you individually, while building community and connections. Whether hiking, skiing, scuba diving or traveling, I love a good adventure and recently had one in Africa!

Amber Eyler

Amber Eyler

My name is Amber, from Philadelphia, PA. I came to pilates through my classical ballet training. It was a crucial part of our conditioning as dancers. You build strength/flexibility from head to toe with very low impact on the joints. Hoping to see you all in class soon! Fun Fact: I make delicious handmade pasta. Arguably the best.

Jacqueline Sadashige

Jacqueline Sadashige

Hi! I’m Jacqui, and I’m originally from South Jersey. Although I began studying yoga as a complement to teaching fitness, over time I’ve come to appreciate the way it increases overall well-being. My greatest joy is in tailoring my classes to member requests so that everyone walks out of class feeling like they received some personalized attention. A fun fact about me is that I’ve published research on ethical elephant tourism in Southeast Asia.
