City Fitness Southend is a new club coming to the Southend neighborhood of Hoboken, NJ, targeted to open at the end of 2026 or early 2027. It will be City Fitness's second Hoboken club, joining Maxwell Place. Join the Southend interest list to be first to know the opening date and when memberships open.
Joining the interest list is completely free — no cost, no deposit, and no commitment. Just complete the short interest form on this page with your name, email, and phone. List members are first to receive updates, amenity reveals, final pricing, and early access before the club opens to the public.
Southend will offer three tiers. Neighborhood includes the full gym floor — strength, cardio, functional training, and free weights. Studio+ adds unlimited boutique studio classes and in-club recovery. Performance+ includes everything in Studio+ plus staffed Revive recovery (cryotherapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge, and more) and lifestyle perks. Studio+ and Performance+ members also receive half-price validated parking.
City Fitness Southend will be located at 38 Jackson Street, in the Southend neighborhood of Hoboken, New Jersey. Parking is available at the Southend Lofts Parking Garage, and Studio+ and Performance+ members receive half-price parking validated in club. Club hours will be shared with interest-list members ahead of opening.
