About Corrine Toro
I first joined City Fitness as a member in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the culture and sense of community. The gym became a second home, and I soon knew I wanted to be more involved. When we were opening our 4th location, I applied for a full-time position as a membership sales consultant. After a short time, I was promoted to membership sales manager, a role I held for 3 years before moving on to lead the membership sales department company-wide. During this time, I developed a deep passion for the member journey and ensuring every individual has a positive experience at the gym. This drove me to my current position as Director of Member Experience, to work closely with our staff, focusing on training and coaching them to create welcoming, personalized experiences for all members. My goal is to make coming to the gym the best part of our members’ day.
